Are you a Veteran with a civil legal question? Join Community Legal Services for our upcoming Legal Clinic for Veterans at the Palatka VA Clinic on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 10:00am – 12:00pm.
This clinic will be held on the second Monday of each month.
Veterans can learn more about Community Legal Services and, following an intake and eligibility screening, may qualify for services depending on their legal issue. Topic areas include:
- Housing Issues such as eviction defense, foreclosure, or landlord-tenant cases.
- Family Law such as child-support, custody, divorce, estate planning, and family reconciliation.
- Income Support such as denials, overpayments, terminations, or reductions in public benefits.
- Civil Rights such as driver’s license suspensions, as well as sealing and expungement of arrest records.
- Military Benefits, such as access to veterans’ healthcare, compensation, and upgrades to military discharges.
