Jeffrey D. Harvey, CEO of Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida (CLSMF) and lieutenant colonel in the Florida Army National Guard, graduated from the U.S. Army War College on July 26, 2024. The ceremony took place at the historic Wheelock Bandstand on Carlisle Barracks in Pennsylvania. This year’s class included 398 graduates, comprising Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps officers, civilians, and international fellows. Graduates earn a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies, which officers need to be eligible for future service as a general officer.
